Fraj Lazreg is the creator and lead portfolio manager of the Investors' Advantage Portfolios.  Fraj is a graduate of Cornell University whose career in financial planning and money management spans over 45 years.  In that time, his track record has earned him the respect of financial professionals throughout the United States.  He joined Money Concepts in 1993 and is a Certified Financial Manager and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst®.  Fraj is responsible for designing and re-balancing of the portfolios, selection of the holdings, and the methodology of security selection.

Nancy Greene is the operations manager in charge of the administration of the Investors' Advantage Portfolios and has been an integral part of the management team since IAP program's inception in 2003.  She joined Money Concepts in 1995 and earned Certified Fund Specialist designation.  Nancy has extensive background in the research process of the portfolios.  She is also responsible for management of the ESG Select portfolio, seeking out environmentally and socially conscious companies that meet the criteria and standards of the program's security selection.

Chadley Lazreg, a former high school teacher of twelve years, graduated from Fordham University with B.S. degrees in Philosophy and Science.  He joined the team in 2017 and is now a Certified Financial Planner®, where he employs his skills as a teacher to educate his clients while helping them accomplish their goals. He also serves as the Executive Director and a  portfolio manager for the Investors' Advantage Portfolios.

Julie Ranieri is a graduate of Pace University with a degree in Finance.  She joined the Investors' Advantage Portfolios team in January of 2010 as an administrative assistant.  Julie also acts as the liaison between the IAP management team and Money Concepts associates worldwide.

John is a graduate of Queens College, CUNY with a BA in Economics as well as an MBA from Long Island University.  John is a financial professional with a career of over forty years in Commercial Banking with primary concentration in Corporate Finance and Acquisition Finance. He began the career with a base of Credit Analysis which he brings for the analysis of fixed income opportunities.  While he has been licensed for securities sales since 1985, his banking career ended in 2017. Since then, he has remained focused on Personal Financial Planning.

Melvin Mills was born and raised in upstate New York.  He attended the State University of New York with a Concentration in Management, Finance and Marketing.  Melvin earned both his Series 7 and 63 in 1993.  In 1998, he began working for a company that specialized in training professionals and retail traders in options.  Melvin joined Money Concepts in 2010 and his knowledge and experience in risk hedging strategies using options brings a unique skill to the Investors' Advantage Portfolios program.

Lisa Stanford has been in the industry since 2006 when she joined Money Concepts.  She has been a Service Liaison for the Investors’ Advantage Portfolios Team since 2018.  She also runs a Remote Administrative Assistance Company called Virtually Yours. Outside of work, Lisa can often be found planning, organizing, and participating in many community events.  She is committed to providing excellent service and loves to help people.  

Andrew Greene is a graduate of William Paterson University with a B.S. degree in Communications. After working in television news as a video/graphics editor for five years, he joined the team in April 2021 as the VP of Marketing overseeing all marketing strategies and campaigns for the Investors’ Advantage Portfolios. His duties include producing and editing long and short form videos, designing promotional products, and helping with administrative tasks for the program.

Tyler Albolino is a proud graduate of The University of Oneonta with a degree in Business Economics. Currently, a driven research analyst with a passion for delivering excellence in the world of finance.
